Occasionally you may wish to return an order. You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason, provided that the seal is not broken.

You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning your home to our web store are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 14,- per package. Please consult the website of your chosen carrier for the exact rates.

If you use the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the web store with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To make use of this right you need to contact info@huidstraling.nl. The amount due will then be refunded within 14 days after notification of your return provided the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation on to you. Therefore, send the product back to our online store well protected.

Product exchange
Would you like to exchange a product? That is also possible. You can contact info@huidstraling.nl for this. However, you bear the cost of returning the product.

Wrong delivery address
Did you accidentally give a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the address of your order for you.
